FAIRFIELD, NJ — Woodmont Properties announced Andrew Marshall has joined its executive team as executive vice president. In his new role at Woodmont, Marshall will support Woodmont’s continued growth and success across various real estate platforms including multifamily, luxury senior housing, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and recreation.

Marshall brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development and a combined 30 years in the design, development and construction industry to the Woodmont Properties leadership team. In particular, he has extensive experience with redevelopment processes, agreements, incentives, entitlements and approvals.
