Zellers and Sgagias of NAI CIR represent seller in sale of 333 E. 7th Ave. in York


York, PA – NAI CIR announced the following transactions:

The sale of the 125,000 s/f industrial property located at 333 E. 7th Ave. Formerly occupied by The Perform Group, the building most recently functioned as a manufacturing facility. The fully air-conditioned property sits on 4.37 acres and offers 39,000 s/f of office, four docks and a generous parking field. The property traded for $6.3M. Robin Zellers and Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, represented the seller in the transaction.

The 24,000 s/f retail investment property located at 100 E. Brown St. in Middletown has been sold to ILG Home Solutions, LLC. The plaza, in the heart of Middletown, consists of two buildings with suites ranging from 500 s/f to 3,500 s/f. The long-term tenants have brought a wide variety of services to the community. Sgagias, represented the seller, Michael S. Murphy. Amber Corbo, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer.

The 1,500 s/f two-story building located at 400 E. Main St. in Middletown has been sold. The recently renovated property will be converted into a barber shop. The shop will be opening in the next few months. Daniel J. Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the seller in the transaction.

Suite 140 within 2330 Vartan Way in Harrisburg has been leased to a home healthcare startup. The space is conveniently located between I-81 and Linglestown Rd. Alderman handled the transaction.

The former 2,046 s/f bank branch located at 311 South Market St. in Upper Paxton Twp. has been sold to Millersburg Area Authority for $250,000. Owned by the Millersburg Borough and Upper Paxton Twp., Millersburg Area Authority is the areas municipal water and sewer authority. Sgagias represented the seller in the transaction.
