Zellers, Khuri and Corbo of NAI CIR handles 42,000 s/f sale in York


York, PA — NAI CIR completes the following transactions:

The three story, 42,000 s/f former surgery center building located at 1750 5th Ave., York has been sold for $2.4 million to Red Lion Controls. Based in York, Red Lion Controls is a global leader in communication, monitoring and control for industrial automation and networking. Red Lion Controls will be renovating the building to accommodate their office headquarters.

1750 5th Ave., a former outpatient surgery center including multiple medical practice offices was a three-unit condominium owned by UPMC Memorial and OSS Health. All medical operations formerly located in 1750 5th Ave. have relocated to the area of the new UPMC Memorial Campus in West Manchester Twp.

Robin Zellers SIOR, FRICS, CRE, Casey Khuri and Amber Corbo of NAI CIR, Lemoyne handled the transaction. NAI CIR marketed the property in cooperation with the Ten-X commercial real estate auction platform.

The property was successfully auctioned and settled on March 31.

In order to facilitate their new headquarters move, Red Lion Controls has engaged NAI CIR to sell their existing

36,000 s/f office building located at 20 Willow Springs Circle, West Manchester Twp.

The 9,796 s/f office building, located at 325 N. 2nd St. in Wormleysburg, has been sold to Eschbach Real Estate Holdings 1 LLC from River School LP. The building was originally built in 1929 as the Wormleysburg Elementary School and now will be occupied by Behavior Therapy International, which offers personalized Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals and families.

Khuri represented the seller and Dan Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer The 8,300 s/f flex space, located at 621 Lowther Rd., Fairview Industrial Park, in York County, has been leased to Coleson Restoration, Inc. Alderman represented the landlord and Matt Hoover of SVN Latus represented the tenant.
