The property is located next to the Diner and across the street from the train station and Capital One bank and comprises 14,000 s/f of office and retail space plus 40 car parking.
The seller is a long term client and the buyer is also a client of Marc Realty. The buyer also purchased 45 Essex St. a 14,000 s/f office and bank building in 2012.
“The demand for quality office space near the train station and the desire to be walking distance to retail services, post office and restaurants, contributes to the demand” said Marc Schwartz.
This marks the second time that the property was sold by Marc Realty since 1987.
