Philadelphia, PA — J.G. Petrucci Company Inc. announced that the Station at Manayunk took home three awards at the annual Best in Apartment Living Awards, held in Philadelphia on September 17.
The Station at Manayunk won awards in all three categories honored on the night. The property won platinum (first place) in Leasing, gold (second place) in Maintenance, and silver (third place) in Community Presentation. The award banquet was hosted and presented by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA) East, which the Station at Manayunk is a member of. All apartment communities within the Greater
Philadelphia area, including Cherry Hill, NJ, were included.
