Anchor Plastics leases 20,500 s/f at Harvey, Hanna & Associates’ Twins Spans Business Park in New Castle, DE

 NEW CASTLE, DE — Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. (HHA) welcomes Anchor Plastics, Ltd. to the Twin Spans Business Park (TSBP) in New Castle.  
Anchor Plastics recently opened their latest North American facility by leasing 20,500 s/f of warehouse and office space at 500 Ships Landing Way in the Twins Spans Business Park.
TSBP is considered by many to be the premier distribution campus in the mid-Atlantic region, featuring 1.85 million s/f of class A commercial warehouse space spread across 135 acres of land along the Delaware River. Twin Spans further offers superior logistics throughout the mid-Atlantic region and points beyond, with immediate access to I-95, I-295, I-495 and the Delaware Memorial Bridge.

Newport, DE — Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. announced the appointment of Michael Kinnard as vice president and general counsel. Kinnard has served as a legal and strategic planning advisor for HHA for the past three years. Kinnard will manage all corporate legal matters as well as play an integral role in the company’s growth strategy. 
Kinnard has more than 27 years of executive, business development, client relationship management, business capitalization, and legal experience for both public and private companies. Prior to joining HHA, Kinnard served as CEO of Total Trax Inc., a leading provider of real time vehicle, driver and inventory tracking technologies for manufacturing and warehouse operations. Kinnard recently served as senior vice-president at Alexander Proudfoot Company, an operational improvement consulting firm, as a business development and client relations management executive.
Previously, Kinnard served as CEO of SCO Logistics Inc. Kinnard also has served as vice president, general counsel, and secretary at Rollins Truck Leasing Corporation, Rollins Environmental Services, Inc., and Dover Downs Entertainment Services, Inc.  Kinnard also served as president and CEO at Matlack Systems, Inc.
