Allentown, PA — Feinberg Real Estate Advisors, LLC represented Vibra, LLC on the lease of a 3,300 s/f suite at 3301 Bath Pike, a 21,000 s/f retail shopping center in Hanover Township, Northampton County.
Vibra, LLC plans to renovate the suite as a barre3 studio and plans to be open for clients in spring 2017. The barre3 Studio will be joining other tenants in the shopping center including Panera Bread, Talbots, Gadzooks Hair Salon and Sweet Pea Children’s Boutique.
Cindy McDonnell Feinberg, CCIM of Feinberg Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant, Vibra, LLC and Ayon Codner and James Balliet with KW Commercial represented the landlord, Aspen Realty, LLC.
