Conshohocken, PA — Edward Ginn announced that Nick Capanna with Ferrara Jerum International in Rochester has joined the Capital Markets Real Estate Network, an organization dedicated to serving investor clients nationwide in all the commercial real estate industry verticals including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage and others.
Conshohocken, PA-based Capital Markets Real Estate Network (CMREN) is organized to support participating member firms towards achieving greater growth, increased revenue, and sustained success through a cooperative framework. In addition to new business generation, the network serves members as an information exchange on market conditions, trends, property pricing, sharing best practices and more.
“The CMRE Network is an opportunity for Ferrara Jerum International (FJI) to extend its network of resources across the country, gain a new level of marketing exposure for our clients’ assets, and access best practices and innovative ideas through exchanges of information with some of the best independent investment professionals in the industry. It will allow us to better compete with the other branded investment sales platforms,” said Douglas Jerum, a partner in the firm who has known Ed Ginn and others from the network for more than a decade.
Nick Capanna is the director of asset sales with Ferrara Jerum International. Prior to joining FJI, Capanna was a VP at First Niagara Bank overseeing branch business banking initiatives and client relationships across many retail bank locations.
“Becoming part of a national network of top-level, like-minded investment sales professionals working together to develop and execute opportunities is a significant differentiator for our firm in the Northeast Region and beyond. I’m looking forward to my involvement with the Capital Markets Real Estate Network and for our clients benefiting from our association with the Network,” said Nick Capanna.
Ferrara Jerum International is a premier retail real estate consulting firm specializing in regional, national and international tenant and landlord representation.
“The $2 million to $25 million investment and financing space is highly fractionalize and a competitive marketplace for all the vertical categories we cover. We offer tremendous value to investors, sellers and exchangers to help them achieve their investment goals,” said Ed Ginn.
