REMCO sells restaurant for $1,000,000 to Grillestone Bar & Restaurant

Old Bridge, NJ — Peter Gallicchio president of Somerset, NJ based Remco Realty Group has announced that the firm recently sold the former Old New York restaurant located at 2658 Rte. 516 to GrilleStone Bar & Restaurant. The 6,000 s/f restaurant sits on 1.9 acres and sold for $1 million or $166.00 psf. 

Grillestone restaurant provides an ideal setting for private parties and larger gatherings of friends, family or business colleagues. Their wide ranging and well executed menu includes offerings such as certified angus choice steaks, fresh seafood, organic chicken, full sushi bar, and hand tossed gourmet pizza.  

Owned and operated by the Peterpaul family, a long time client of Remco, Grillestone Old Bridge shall compliment the highly successful Grillestone Scotch Plains.   

The property which is located on Route 516, the East / West traffic connector between Routes 9 and 18, benefits from high traffic counts along with area demographics that include a population of over 176,000 earning over $97,000 of median household income. 

Remco was appointed agent for the owner and also secured the buyer.
