Colliers retail specialists Derek Zerfass and Tom Lagos negotiated a $32.3 million sale of The Palmer Town Centre, a grocery-anchored center, to Phillips Edison in Lehigh Valley after an unusual one-year escrow. The center is located at the intersection of south 25th Street and William Penn Highway in Easton, Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley. The seller was Tenant in Common entity managed by Los Angele-based Festival Companies. Colliers Executive Vice President Tom Lagos, led the negotiations on the West coast. Colliers Senior Vice President Derek Zerfass, served as the teams’ on-the-ground advance man in Easton, providing market intelligence and local knowledge. The sale underscores continued strong demand for grocery-anchored centers and the booming renaissance of economic development in the Lehigh Valley.
