The Lancaster General Hospital’s Frederick Street Patient Tower Overbuild is a six-story overbuild and expansion of the existing building with an active Radiology Department, Administrative Suites, and Short Stay Unit underneath. The project also included temporary helipad relocation, while the final helipad would be completed on the roof. In addition to the sensitive space directly below the overbuild, Benchmark continues to perform adjacent to the OR suite, Pharmacy, EP/Cath Labs and Clinical Laboratory. Vertical structural work necessitated extensive retrofitting to existing columns in several occupied areas – including renovated CT suite & Ultrasound unit.

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital Long Term Lease
Sarah Finney-Miller of NAI Summit recently represented Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries in the sale of their 63,459 SF Class A, Medical Arts Building located at 798 Hausman Road, Allentown. The facility was developed in 2000 by Diakon who is widely known as the most reputable retirement community in the region. The impetus for the Medical Arts Building was the Luther Crest Retirement Community that was developed at the same time on the general site of the medical office building to provide a convenient avenue for residents to address their medical needs.
