NAI Hanson’s Schilp brokers sale of 48 acres

ROXBURY TWP., NJ — NAI James E. Hanson has arranged the sale of two parcels of land totaling 48 acres that have been approved for a zip line adventure park located at Mount Arlington Rd. and 1233 Rte. 46 in the Ledgewood section of Roxbury Twp. NAI James E. Hanson’s John Schilp represented the seller, Darl Enterprises, LLC, in the sale to Flagstaff Extreme, LLC.
Flagstaff Extreme is an extreme adventure course located in Flagstaff, AZ. The Arizona based buyer has similar parks throughout the mid-west and was looking to expand their operations into the northeast.
The two vacant land parcels were listed separately with the option to purchase together. The smaller of the two parcels, at .17 acres, offers high visibility frontage on Rte. 46. The larger parcel, at 48 acres, is heavily wooded with steep slopes, and has already been approved for a zip line recreation park. The parcels are conveniently located between Rtes. 80, 46 and 10 and offer a prime location less than an hour from NYC.
