40 Under 40: “The learning curve isn’t short. Hang in there, set goals, be maniacal about details & above all…don’t be out-worked”

What is your most notable project, deal or transaction?
Represented a global health technology company on a 200,000 s/f office build-to-suit in 2018.  It was nearly a 3-year project that involved consolidating multiple regional offices, securing economic incentives, and navigating through a whole lot of ups & downs. 
How do you contribute to your company and/or the industry?
I exclusively focus & specialize on office tenant representation.  My team assists corporate clients in analyzing their real estate needs and developing strategies to align real estate initiatives with overall business plans.
What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most successful in your profession? 
There’s stiff competition in our industry, so you need a strong set of differentiators.  You need to be passionate, ultra-responsive, and understand who you are and what you bring to the table.   Clients choose business partners that they like, trust, and want to work with.  Be that guy.
