What are your current responsibilities?
I’ve been instrumental in dramatically expanding GebroeHammer’s presence within Passaic and Bergen Counties while representing client interests in the greater Northern New Jersey metro. Since joining the firm in 2011, I’ve been recognized for consistent sales performance. My abilities extend from securing a high velocity of exclusive listings to representing the vast gamut of investors and closing traditional and complex transactions. I’ve risen through the firm ranks, from Area Sales Representative and Assistant Vice President, to being named Vice President in 2014 and Senior Vice President in 2016. Gebroe-Hammer’s client roster includes family offices and private individuals as well as private equity funds, REITS and other institutional investors.
What is your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2018 thus far?
In a recent one-month timeframe, I was an integral member of the brokerage teams exclusively representing the sellers and identifying the buyers of a combined 229 units throughout the North Jersey Metro. These three separate transactions totaled $28.45M and involved properties spanning Rochelle Park in Bergen County and Newark and East Orange, both in Essex County. I’ve also extended my reach representing client interests in Union and Hudson counties as well. These milestones are the culmination of my drive to continually build upon my knowledge and relationship building in order to broaden my expertise as it applies to the Greater New Jersey Metro. I am not one to settle for the status quo.
