What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
I would say that my greatest professional accomplishment was the first listing I brought into RRA on my own. Every agent goes through the same process of making cold calls and hearing “no” a lot. Being able to push through the self-doubt makes the first listing feel so satisfying no matter the size. From there, I was off to the races.
What is your most notable project, deal or transaction?
My most notable deal was brokering the sale of NorthPark Apartments in Bethlehem, PA. NorthPark Apartments is a beautiful, newly constructed 48-unit apartment building that had only been occupied for a few months prior to RRA taking the listing. We ended up selling that deal for the highest price per unit ever sold for apartments in the Lehigh Valley.
How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry?
I contribute to RRA by working hard and bringing a positive energy to the office every day. We have a really great team of people who are working diligently to provide excellent service to our clients. I try to be an example to the younger associates and teach them ways to be successful in Real Estate. With the more seasoned brokers that have been in the business longer than myself, I try to be a sponge and learn as much from them as possible. In terms of what I bring to the industry, I strive to be a personable, knowledgeable, approachable broker. I want to be a reliable resource for my clients and help them achieve their goals for their investments.
