ELMWOOD PARK, NJ — Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a preeminent family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, announces it has signed a lease renewal with BioReference Laboratories for 50,429 s/f of industrial space at 491 Edward H. Ross Dr. in Elmwood Park. BioReference Laboratories is the firm’s largest tenant leasing over 227,037 s/f in Elmwood Park spread across four buildings in Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ portfolio.
