NAI Geis Realty Group brokers sale of The Office Court at Walton Point
PHILADELPHIA, PA — NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. has successfully brokered the sale of the office park known as the Office Court at Walton Point. This sale consists of four class A buildings totaling 38,000 s/f. Brian Geis and Paul Wolfson of NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. represented the seller, Series C-Clarendon Real Estate, LLC. David McFadden of McFadden Properties was the buyer.
