ASHLAND, PA — Ashland Properties, LLC, a California based mental health care company has purchased a 191,858 s/f, 6-story former hospital building on 20 acres in Ashland. The building will serve as their Mid-Atlantic facility and will be renovated in phases, eventually creating approximately 200 jobs. Beau Brown, associate broker with Bennett Williams Realty facilitated the sale between the buyer and the Bankruptcy Trustee for the Middle District of PA, who had control of the property since 2012.
