CBRE inducts two into Net lease Property Group

Philadelphia, PA — CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) announced that Matthew Gorman and Michael Shover, both senior vice presidents, investment properties at CBRE, have been inducted into the Net Lease Property Group (NLPG). CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group is a select team of senior level capital market professionals that specialize in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of single- tenant, net leased properties throughout the United States.

“We’re excited and motivated by our recent induction into CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group, the most prolific net lease brokerage group in the country,” said Matthew Gorman. “It’s humbling to be included amongst a group of peers with as much experience and competency within the industry. We’re focused on expanding the national net lease practice alongside our colleagues within the group,” Gorman added. “We’re very pleased to be inducted into this network of CBRE Brokers who have the same focus as we do across the country,” said Michael Shover. “As a member of the NLPG, it will allow us to better expose our listings across the country as well as provide additional resources for our clients.” Over the past 10 years, the Net Lease Property Group has represented over $13 billion in approximately 1,500 transactions.
