Haddonfield, NJ — AGW Communications, a consulting firm that caters to the design community, hired Lance Wyllie as associate. Wyllie joins principal Amanda Gibney Weko as the firm’s second full-time employee.
“Lance is a veteran marketer with over 20 years of experience. His creativity, vision, and analytic skills, plus his familiarity with building design and construction make him an asset to my practice,” said Weko. “Adding a full-time associate means improved ability to proactively and efficiently serve my clients.” Wyllie’s professional experience includes graphic design, marketing, and online communications for small businesses, multi-national corporations, and start-ups. His skills include marketing strategy, social media, brand development and management, email marketing, data analysis, and video editing and production. He was most recently marketing manager of online development for Brandywine Senior Living, where he led development of the new corporate website; instituted and implemented social media strategy; designed marketing materials aimed at securing capital partners for real estate acquisitions, land development, and new building construction; and collaborated with architects on marketing graphics. He also served on Brandywine’s development committee, evaluating architect proposals and participating in design reviews.
