BETHLEHEM, PA — MSC Retail announced its fifth lease transaction with Pure Barre, the largest and most established barre concept in North America. Pure Barre will occupy a 1,200 s/f studio at Madison Farms in Bethlehem, which is projected to open in February of 2016. Madison Farms, a new mixed-use development, is situated at the intersection of Route 33 and Freemansburg Road and comprised of more than 140,000 s/f of retail and approximately 830 new residential units. Starbucks, Verizon Wireless, Chipotle, ShopRite, and Pet Valu currently occupy space at the site. “With a plethora of amenities offered at Madison Farms, high demand existed for a unique fitness user,” said Andrew Shpigel of MSC Retail, who represented Pure Barre in the transaction. “I am thrilled that Pure Barre will expand its regional presence in this high-profile suburban development.”
