Lyons is a former Adjunct Professor at the School of Business at Villanova University where he taught at The Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate. He received his bachelor’s degree from Villanova. Jefferies, born and raised in the Philadelphia area, is a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina. Both men are former recipients of the “Top 40 under 40” in commercial real estate (Lyons by the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and Jeffries by the Pottstown Mercury and the Tri-County Area Chamber of Commerce); the recognition honors top young producers in the Philadelphia suburbs. Britt Mazzagatti is the president of PRG’s Management Division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance and accounting from Neumann College/Villanova University and has over ten years of experience managing office and industrial portfolio’s in the Philadelphia region.
