With more than 39 years of experience, Davis is a proven leader in land surveying; including boundary and topographic surveys, facilities and infrastructure surveys, architectural surveys, GPS, control surveys, construction layout, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, forensic surveys, structure monitoring, FEMA flood certifications, route surveys, and laser scanning. Davis has a wide range of experience in many different markets, including energy and natural gas, commercial, retail and residential development, public transportation, public utilities, municipal, state and federal. In addition, Davis is also a certified wetlands delineator and was a licensed real estate agent for 17 years. Davis has been very active in his local chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors and has served as past president and vice president and received the “Distinguished Service Award” from the state organization of Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors. “Bill is a welcome addition to our staff here at BL Companies,” said Carolyn Stanworth, president and CEO. “His experience as being an owner of a local civil engineering, landscape architecture and land surveying firm for 21 years, expertise in our primary markets and his leadership skill will help us continue to offer the highest level of service to our clients.
