L3C Capital Partners’ newly acquired Fox Hall Apartments begins $8 million renovation

Nottingham, MD — Fox Hall Apartments, an apartment complex located at 8501 Walther Blvd., has been acquired by L3C Capital Partners and has changed its name to the Alta Apartments. L3C Capital Partners based in New York has begun a multi-million-dollar renovation to the apartment interiors and resident amenities. Ownership has retained Village Green for property management."We chose to invest in the Alta because it's a great community nestled between White Marsh, Towson, and all major highways. It's perfectly located for access to absolutely anywhere," said Jonathan Leifer, chairman and founder of L3C. "The Alta's renovations are building upon the steady growth in the area and creating something great for the current audience. We're continuing what L3C is known for taking a well-located property and making it superior for residents with better service and expanded amenities."The $8 million renovation will completely update the individual apartments' kitchens, baths, and living areas with modern features that include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated cabinetry, glass tile backslashes, and in-unit washer dryers, among others. Renovations to the resident amenities include a redesigned clubhouse, fitness center, and pool area to complement the current playground and park-like grounds. "Every decision considered how it would benefit the resident experience," said Dave Ferszt, senior vice president of Village Green. "We understand that each resident had a choice when considering their new home, and we take the fact that they chose a Village Green-managed property seriously. Through improved units, amenities, and service standards, residents are able to enjoy the best living experience that the area has to offer."

"The renaming and rebranding of Fox Hall to the Alta Apartments aims to highlight the revitalization of the area’s housing stock and really emphasize its renovations," said Antoinette Marie Johnson, CEO of At Media, the branding company working with the Alta. n"It coincides with the upgrades to the interiors and the amenities, creating a modern experience for residents throughout every aspect of the community."Located just off the Baltimore Beltway, the Alta Apartments offers 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments that are ideal for young families, recent graduates, and young professionals seeking a home in well-established, highly commutable neighborhood.
