Wilcox appointed to several new industry leading roles

Morristown, NJ — Gretchen Wilcox, president/CEO and founder of G.S. Wilcox & Co., was recently appointed to the national board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as a New Jersey Representative and also to the executive board of the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce. Both appointments are the latest in a long line of prominent roles that Wilcox has held with both organizations. “I am extremely honored to be given an opportunity to contribute on the national stage to one of the most prestigious commercial real estate organizations in the United States” Wilcox said of NAIOP. Since 1967, NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, has become the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate with over 18,000 members nationally. On her appointment to the executive board of the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce, Wilcox said that “the opportunity to join the executive board of the leading business advocacy organization in the state and actively play a role in promoting economic growth is extremely fulfilling.” Wilcox founded G.S. Wilcox & Co in 1994 which has emerged as a leading provider of debt and equity solutions to owners of commercial real estate.

Headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey, the firm remains the only female-founded commercial real estate mortgage banking firm in the United States.
