Massaro Properties, LLC announces new tenants and renewals at Park West One

Pittsburgh, PA — Massaro Properties, LLC announced the completion of two new leases and three lease renewals at Park West One, located at 1000 Cliff Mine Rd. in Findlay Twp.

Consumer Healthcare Federal Credit Union is now occupying 1,234 s/f of office space on the first floor. Massaro Properties sales associate Lisa Tiche acted as a dual agent in the transaction.

When its sponsor sold the building it was occupying, Consumer Healthcare temporarily leased space with another credit union on Cochran Rd. in Scott Twp. while manager Marlene McLeod began the hunt for a new office. “Our main goal was to increase our membership and visibility, so we definitely wanted to be in a multi-tenant building,” McLeod said. “We also wanted an easily-accessible, ground floor office that provided enough room for our board meetings. Initially, we were interested in another Massaro property – Campbells Run Business Center – but Lisa thought that Park West One was a better fit with our requirements. We’re happy that she moved us in that direction, as our new space has everything we were looking for.” Tiche also negotiated a new lease with Holloman Corporation, an engineering, procurement and construction company headquartered in Houston, Texas.

For the past several years, Holloman’s Appalachian Division office has been located in Southpointe. Division manager Matthew Fitzen said, “Our existing office is too large, so there is a tremendous amount of unused space. We wanted to find a new office that was cost-effective and suitably sized for our employees. The space we’re taking in Park West One meets all of our requirements, and Massaro’s in-house design group is doing a great job of building it out to our specifications.” Holloman’s 4,080 s/f office on the fourth floor is expected to be move-in ready by February 2017.

In addition to new leasing activity in the building, Tiche has recently presided over renewal transactions totaling 17,177 s/f of space. De Nora Water Technologies, a leading global designer, manufacturer and supplier of electrodes, coatings and complete electrochemical solutions, renewed its 9,198 s/f lease at Park West One, where it has been a tenant since 1995.

With six locations in the Greater Pittsburgh area, ENT & Allergy Specialists is well-known for providing comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose and throat problems for patients of all ages. The practice has operated its Robinson location out of Suite 340 for the past five years, and recently extended its lease for the 1,818 s/f office.Since 2006, Suite 120 has been home to Accent on Body, a fully accredited surgical center, led by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. James Fernau. Dr. Fernau has agreed to renew his lease on the 3,448 s/f medical space through 2019. Nippon Steel & Sumikin Bussan Americas recently renewed its 2,713 s/f lease. A trading arm for the worldwide leader in the iron and steel industry, the company has operated its Pittsburgh office from Suite 240 for more than 20 years.

We’ve already made improvements to the parking lot, front entrance and some of the common areas, and look forward to completing the rest of our scheduled upgrades.”
