WALL TWP., NJ — A portion of the second floor at 4810 Belmar Blvd. in Wall Twp. has been leased to Trademark Management Group in a deal brokered by West Orange-based commercial/corporate real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty, Inc.
The transaction in the office building was managed by Glenn Jaffe, senior vice president, Sheldon Gross Realty, who completed all arrangements within 30 days of Trademark’s initial inquiry. In comparison, the industry standard for such leases is 45-60 days.
“Time was of the essence, since this tenant was a relocation for Trademark,” said Jaffe, who represented the lessor. “So, as soon as I received Trademark’s call, we pushed hard to complete the deal as quickly as we could. It’s a great location, right in town, and in addition to benefitting Trademark, it will also help the other companies at this location.”
