The complex is 25 miles from Port Newark–Elizabeth and within 30 miles of Manhattan. The four buildings within the complex were completed between 1998 and 2001. Building features include warehouse heights of 22 feet, 76 dock doors, 12 drive-in doors, new roofs, ample parking and attractive brick facades. 19 Chapin Road is 60 percent leased to seven tenants, including Samsung Electronics, Pitney Bowes, Trane and Doosan.
