PHILADELPHIA, PA — Stantec announced the addition of a highly seasoned mechanical engineer to its buildings practice in Philadelphia. Lok Yoon PE, LEED AP has joined the global design firm as a senior associate, where he will apply his nearly 35 years of extensive industry expertise as a lead senior mechanical engineer and technical resource. In his role, Yoon leads mechanical, engineering, and plumbing (MEP) teams on a wide range of project types. This expertise is informed by his comprehensive experience in the education, science and technology, healthcare, and commercial markets, where Yoon applies innovative approaches to help projects achieve greater energy efficiencies and individual occupant controls. As a result, many of his projects have earned LEED certification at the Gold and Platinum levels.
