VIRGINIA BEACH, VA — Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented Conn’s HomePlus in their site selection and lease negotiations for several new retail locations in the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets. Newly leased locations which represent Conn’s entry into the Hampton Roads area include: 40,500 s/f in Riverpointe Shopping Center at 1044 W. Mercury Blvd. in Hampton; 37,500 s/f in Princess Anne Plaza at Virginia Beach Blvd. & N. Plaza Trail in Virginia Beach; and, 44,386 s/f in Alexander’s Corner at 2558 Airline Blvd., in Portsmouth. Conn’s is also under construction with their second location in Richmond at Spring Rock Green on Midlothian Tpke. in Chesterfield County. These locations should open late 2018 to early 2019.
