Zimmel Associates brokers two industrial building sales totaling $6.7 million


CLARK AND SOMERSET, NJ — Zimmel Associates reports the sale of industrial buildings in Clark and Somerset. Both buildings were exclusive listings of the firm. In the first transaction David Zimmel, CEO, Zimmel Associates, handled the $3.6 million sale of 51 Terminal Avenue, Clark, a 30,000 s/f, one-story, free-standing industrial building that features quick access to Exit 135 of the Garden State Pkwy. The buyer is WBC Industries, Inc., a distributor of VELCRO and Aplix hook and loop fasteners and other products. Zimmel represented the seller, Denholtz Associates. The buyer was represented by Thomas Kirczow of NAI DiLeo-Bram, Piscataway. In the second transaction, Jordan Zimmel, vice president, Zimmel Associates, handled the $3.1 million sale of 215 Davidson Ave., Somerset, a 25,000 s/f free-standing industrial building, situated on three acres just off of Rte. 287, near Exit 10 of the New Jersey Tpke. Zimmel represented the seller, Balogh Associates, Somerset. The buyer, SNR Trading of Brooklyn, NY, was represented by Ronald Kraft of Allied Realty, Fairfield, NJ.
