Established ten years ago by Michael Thevar, Omni Health Services is a private, for-profit behavioral healthcare corporation which has 13 locations total in Pennsylvania and New Jersey including ten mental health clinics. In a separate transaction, NAI Summit’s Jay Haines recently represented the County of Lehigh in the sale of 6+ acres along Route 100 in Upper Macungie, PA to Langston Equities LLC.
