What is your greatest professional accomplishment? The development and growth of building my own business and creating Stratton Equities – the leading nationwide direct hard money & NON-QM lender. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? There is no one else in the mortgage industry that provides the same loan programs, around the country, like Stratton Equities does. I created the company to provide borrowers to direct access to the most efficient and effective loans, under one roof, nationwide. We do what other conventional mortgages cannot do, and as a result we are able to change lives as well as help more people. Furthermore, I created a system that develops our loan officers’ careers – I directly provide them with the leads and give them access to mortgage programs that they previously had to pass over.
