What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? I have been fortunate to work on many very large transactions, but the one most notable personally was selling the shopping center I can walk to from my house in Chester, Chester Springs Shopping Center. I still speak to the new owners regularly about what people in the area are looking for in the center. So it was a notable personal transaction. How do you contribute to your company and/or the industry? I think it’s very important to help the analysts grow and work with them closely on deals. They not only help provide the team with the support to go out and bring in new business, but they will also potentially be part of the business production team one day and are the future of the office/company. So I believe it’s important to involve them as much as possible throughout the deal so they can hit the ground running when they move to the next level.
