Earth Engineering, Inc. performs geotechnical investigation for new Amerihealth corporate HQ

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — John Pusey, assistant director of field operations for Earth Engineering, Inc. (EEI), attended the topping off ceremony at the new Amerihealth corporate HQ in Newtown Square. This new five story building will have a total of 378,000 s/f. of office space. EEI performed the geotechnical investigation for the site. Pusey served as project manager, overseeing all of the construction testing and inspection services of the site development and building construction activities. John had the opportunity to sign the last piece of structural steel placed on the building. The small tree placed on the last piece of steel is an old Nordic tradition of adding good luck to the building. AmeriHealth Caritas is expected to move into the building during the fourth quarter of 2020. That project also involves development of a three-level parking garage. AmeriHealth Caritas spent two years searching for a new headquarters before settling on Ellis Preserve last fall.
