Alfred Sanzari Enterprises welcomes Columbia Surgical Outpatient Center to Glenpointe

Teaneck, NJ —Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, announced its lease of 4,283 s/f with Columbia University Irving Medical Center at the company’s Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson and Columbia University Irving Medical Center was represented by Gerry Lees and Jeffrey Prezant of Cushman & Wakefield in the transaction.

Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC), one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers, is proud to announce the opening of its new surgical outpatient location at Glenpointe. This expansion signifies CUIMC’s commitment to better serve the New Jersey community by bringing its surgical experts in cardiac, colorectal, liver, endocrine, oncology, plastics, and vascular care closer to home. In addition to its experienced physicians and staff, the new facility will offer a range of services, including evaluations for surgery, second opinions, and comprehensive follow-ups for post-surgical care in the newly renovated exam rooms equipped with advanced technology and equipment.

In a second transacation, - Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, signed a 3,429 s/f lease with MSG Risk Management & Insurance Consulting at Glenpointe Centre West. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Schotz, Rossi, Reider, Kasparian and Simson, and the tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Barry Zeller and David DeMatteis.
