Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. leased the space from Loyal Holdings DE, LLC. Blake Shaffer, Abe Khan, Brad Rohrbaugh, and Chad Stine of Bennett Williams Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Loyal Holdings acquired Loyal Plaza which is anchored by a high volume Giant Supermarket in November 2018 and has since implemented several improvements. “Our original business plan was to reposition the Kmart box and we are very pleased with the leasing velocity which is a testament to the center and the greater Williamsport market,” Gershon Alexander, principal at Loyal Holdings, said in the release. 1,200 s/f retail space at Stonybrook Shopping Center, 3617 E. Market St., Springettsbury Twp. Salon Alola leased the space from SJC Property Management, LP. Shaffer and Justin Willits of Bennett Williams Commercial represented the tenant and Adam Hagerman, Rohrbaugh, and Stine of Bennett Williams Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. 1,170 s/f retail space at Kingston Square, 2500 Eastern Blvd., Springettsbury Twp. LifeSmoke Vapor leased the space from Kingston Square Associates, LLC. Shaffer, Tommy Vo, Rohrbaugh, and Stine of Bennett Williams Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
