First Choice Aquatics LLC has secured a 2,500 s/f lease at 257 Rte. 202 in Flemington. The landlord, 257 Rte. 202 LLC, was represented by Steve Bussel, president, Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president of BRC Retail Services, while the retailer was represented in-house."
257 Rte. 202 is a 20,000 s/f retail shopping center located directly off Rte. 202 near the Flemington shopping circle and numerous major national retailers and outlet centers. The shopping center has such co-tenants as Boni Auto Tire, Kick Quest, and the Tile Store, and has 2,500 s/f of retail space currently available.
4,741 s/f at 106-110 Egel Ave. in Middlesex, a 13,500 s/f industrial building, has been leased on behalf of J&R Construction.
J&R Construction was represented by Michael Costa, vice president of BRC in the transaction. J&R Construction is a full-service contractor with a focus on cable, fiber optic, water, sewer, and other utility line installations using both conduits or subways.
