Bussel Realty Corp. subleases 49,464 s/f at 8 Corporate Place in Piscataway, New Jersey


Piscataway, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC)has completed the following transactions:

BRC subleased 49,464 s/f at 8 Corporate Pl. in Piscataway to Smart Pony Inc.

David Blitt, senior VP, and Eli Harari, sales associate, of BRC, represented the sublessor, All Seasons Foods, Inc, in the transaction. The sublessee, Smart Pony Inc., was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

8 Corporate Place in Piscataway is a 143,000 s/f industrial building. The property features 24-foot ceiling heights, wet sprinklers, 14 loading docks, one drive-in door, 3,200 amps of electric power, 300 parking spaces and sits on 8.40 acres.

BRC leased 40,000 s/f at 625 Jersey Ave. in New Brunswick to Adir & EJD.

Blitt and Harari represented the company in the transaction. The landlord, Triangle Fidelco LP, was represented in-house.

625 Jersey Ave. is a 325,000 s/f industrial building. The property features 16- to 22-foot ceilings, wet sprinklers, 400 amps of electric power, 35 loading docks, two drive-in doors, rail service and is situated on 30 acres.

BRC arranged the sale of 218-224 11th Ave. in Roselle, two industrial properties totaling 20,000 s/f, for $2 million.
