EDISON, NJ — CoStar Group, Inc. announced the recipients of the 2023 CoStar Power Broker Award, recognizing professionals and firms who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their respective markets.
In the Northern New Jersey market, Jordan Metz, senior vice president of the Metz Industrial Group at Bussel Realty Corp has been recognized as the most active local dealmakers with the prestigious 2023 Costar Power Broker industry award. The CoStar Power Broker Award program has honored the industry’s elite for 24 years.
“For over a decade, Jordan has provided creative real estate solutions and knowledgeable guidance to owners, occupiers, and investors of industrial real estate, primarily focusing on the port-markets of Northern/Central New Jersey,” said Steve Bussel, president of Bussel Realty Corp.
Since 2004, Metz has closed transactions with an aggregate value of over $800,000,000 and totaling more than 6,300,000 s/f, which includes sales of 140 buildings, and leasing transactions at 175 industrial properties.
Metz’s past awards and distinctions include Leading Commercial Real Estate Broker by ROI-NJ (2023), Top Leasing Broker by Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal (2023), and 2022 Industrial Influencer by GlobeSt.com, to name just a few.
