Camber Real Estate Partners announces 1.24M s/f portfolio acquisition, continued expansion into 2021

Southern NJ and Southeastern PA — Camber Real Estate Partners has announced the acquisition of a 1.24M s/f portfolio in Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. The acquisition is comprised of a mix of distribution buildings and multitenant infill light-industrial properties, which remain a central focus of Camber’s investment strategy moving into 2021.

Camber had an active 2020 acquiring a total of 30 buildings spanning seven counties in New Jersey and in Bucks County in PA. The recent portfolio acquisition consists of functional well-leased buildings with a diverse high-quality roster of tenants.

“2020 was a grind on every level down to its final hours” said Christopher Bellapianta, managing principal of Camber Real Estate Partners. “We were thrilled to end the year with this acquisition and remain focused on continuing to acquire value-add industrial and light-industrial assets in the Greater New York and Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Areas.”

The infill light-industrial properties that comprise the bulk of Camber’s portfolio are vital to the growing need of not only e-commerce but also wholesale, manufacturing, and construction sectors. The locations of Camber’s latest acquisition provide strategic access to Philadelphia together with Southern and Central New Jersey.
