Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 20.13 acres at Chippenham Crossing in Richmond, VA

RICHMOND, VA – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 20.13 acres at Chippenham Crossing, 5201 Chippenham Crossing Center/4930 Ridgedale Pkwy., in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

Bon Secours – St Francis Medical Center purchased the acreage from Ukrop’s Super Markets, Inc. for $8,858,080 and plans to construct a freestanding emergency department facility.
