Colliers adds 18-year CRE veteran Mark Hay


PARSIPPANY, NJ — Colliers, a global commercial real estate services firm, announces it has hired Mark Hay as a vice president in its Parsippany office as the firm continues to expand its footprint across the state.

In his new role, Hay will work alongside Noah Balanoff, vice chair, and Jacquelyn Severino, associate vice president, to help facilitate transactions of warehouse and distribution facilities. He brings to Colliers more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including background in property management and brokerage services. During that time he has transacted over $235 million in deal value. Hay focuses on tenant representation, agency and investment sales services for clients and represented leading organizations such as J.G. Petrucci Co., Summit Supply, Coupa Software, Advanced Local Media, Mavis Tire and Auto Distribution, as well as prominent national and regional banks. Hay’s background also includes six years of experience in construction management.

Recent research from Colliers, found the market showed an improvement in leasing activity with the year-end leasing activity total brought up 25.9% from 2021.

Prior to joining Colliers, Hay worked at KW Commercial and served on their leadership council and is also a member of NAIOP. Hay has been a Northern New Jersey resident for most of his life.
