WESTFIELD, NJ — Parkside at Westfield hit a key construction milestone this month, with the first building under roof at the joint venture development of Premier Development and Garden Communities. Located at 524 Springfield Ave. in Westfield, on the site of a former garden center, Parkside at Westfield is on track for a late spring 2024 delivery.

All include two bathrooms, a balcony, efficient heating and cooling, ample closets, and luxury finishes and materials. Select floor plans feature a fireplace and many have a separate study/den.
Parkside at Westfield’s clubhouse – with a fitness center, yoga studio, library and lounge – will support an active lifestyle. Outdoor amenities will include a BBQ area, firepit, outdoor seating and a playground.
