READING, PA - The Berks Family Business Alliance (FBA), a signature program of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), is inviting attendees to their upcoming event “Clarity of Roles & Accountability,” which focuses on the third principle of “The 7 Principles of a Healthy Business.” The event will feature an expert panel consisting of Scott Burky, managing director of The High Center at Elizabethtown; Sally Derstine, president and senior family business advisor of the Delaware Valley Family Business Center; and Don Schalk, director, MBA Program, at Alvernia University.
The event will be held on Tuesday, June 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, located at 201 Washington St., Reading. Registration is required, with the fee set at $30 for members and $40 for future members, which includes lunch, networking, and the workshop. Attendees will gain situational advice on how to proactively (or reactively) start the conversation and action of setting clarity of roles.
The panelists will cover how understanding each person’s role and how they work together will create a system of accountability within the business for its success for now and the future.
