WILKES-BARRE, PA — Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate completed two retail leasing transactions in Northeastern PA, bringing Einstein Bros. Bagels to Bear Creek Commons in Wilkes-Barre Township and Toastee Bagels to 1329 Rte. 315 in Plains Township.

Einstein Bros. Bagels leased space at Ste. 305, 11 Bear Creek Blvd. within Bear Creek Commons, a class A retail center in Luzerne County. Griff Keefer of Hinerfeld represented the landlord, while Christopher Giovanici of CBRE represented the tenant.

In Plains Twp., Toastee Bagels leased 2,446 s/f of retail

end-cap space at 1329 Rte. 315 within a development owned by Norsec Realty Partners. The location opened on January 9, 2026. Anthony Baldo of Hinerfeld represented the property owner in the transaction.

The Plains Towp. location is part of Toastee Bagels’ continued expansion throughout Northeastern PA. Hinerfeld also represented the lease for a 2,700 s/f freestanding, build-to-suit restaurant with a drive-thru in South Abington Twp., developed by Rainbow Land Company.
