TYSONS, VA – KLNB announced the sale of 189 Kentlands Blvd. in Gaithersburg, Maryland, a two-story, 19,880-square-foot office property situated on 1.28 acres in the heart of the Kentlands community. The building sold for $5,950,000 to an owner-occupant buyer. KLNB Principals Ken Fellows and Matt Skalet represented the seller, The Levine Family Limited Partnership, marking their first opportunity with the client. The buyer, Community Options, will be an owner-occupant.
