KRE Group announces final phase of Bayonne New Jersey's Bay 151


BAYONNE, NJ — Bayonne’s fast-growing waterfront neighborhood is taking another big step forward with the opening of the third and final phase of Bay 151, developer KRE Group announced today.

Highly anticipated by Hudson County renters, the new phase opens with 212 brand-new studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences that are now available to lease. It also introduces an array of new indoor and outdoor amenities that bolster the community’s already extensive amenity offering.

Prospective renters can now schedule private tours of Bay 151’s new model residences. Monthly rental rates start from $2,169 for studios, $2,400 for one-bedroom residences, $3,369 for twobedroom residences and $4,246 for three-bedroom residences, net effective, based on a limitedtime incentive of one month free on a 13-month lease. Immediate occupancy is available.
