Landmark announces sale of prime property

Harrisburg, PA — Landmark Commercial Realty announced the sale of a property on Paxton St. in Harrisburg. The former Central Penn Business Journal building at 1500 Paxton St.

Landmark Commercial Realty played a role in facilitating the sale of this 55,450 s/f, property. Michael Curran, SIOR (president & executive managing director) and Nick Martin (senior associate) represented the seller, Paxton Street Properties LLC. Sean Fitzsimmons (director of sales and leasing) and Trey Brakefield, (associate) represented the buyer, 1500 Paxton, LP.

The property's main building is a three-story concrete frame and brick finished structure, featuring modern design elements and ADA accessibility. It offers a versatile space for various business needs. Additionally, the property includes a small rear building measuring 40' x 17', constructed with brick, and a concrete deck roof covered with built-up asphalt, providing flexibility for different purposes.

The Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children recently renewed their 4,630 s/f long-term lease in the Fulton Bank Building at 200 N Third St., Harrisburg. Roy H Brenner of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the tenant; Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, and CEO & managing principal, also with Landmark, represented the landlord, Third & Locust Associates, LP. Pooky, a renowned online shop specializing in home décor products, has leased the brand-new 36,000 s/f flex building located at 7086 Carlisle Pike in Carlisle, just off I-81. Pooky, based in London, England, offers many exquisite items, including table and floor lamps, lampshades, pendants, and lights. The lease deal was facilitated by Curran, Grace representing the landlord; Michael Kushner with OMNI Realty, represented the tenant. (Silver Spring Township/Cumberland County).
