Branchburg, NJ — Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announced the promotion of David Iacobucci to CFO.
Iacobucci, who previously served as the chief investment officer with Larken Associates, brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role. Building upon his experience leading the firm’s investment strategy, Iacobucci will work closely with president and chief executive officer David Gardner to oversee the company’s overall financial operations. His work will play a pivotal role in driving continued profitability as well as the growth of the firm’s expansive portfolio of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties.

Prior to joining Larken Associates in October of 2022, Iacobucci served as senior investment officer for Bergman Real Estate Group, a New Jersey-based family-owned real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, ownership, management, leasing and construction supervision of office buildings and commercial properties. He also served as senior vice president of Vision Real Estate Partners, an award-winning New Jersey-based real estate investment, development, and asset management company; managing director of Woodmont Industrial Partners, one of the leading developers of industrial real estate in the region; division manager of The Baker Companies, a Westchester-based premier real estate organization; and vice president of Asset Management of The Schultz Organization, a fully-integrated real estate services company.
